Sun Tzu Wang is a character and enemy from the Imperial China chapter, The Successor. He is a base thug that has terrorized peaceful towns alongside his lackeys.

History

Imperial China: The Successor

Wang is first seen in Wong Village, subjugating Yun Jou into stealing from the innocent townspeople. He treats the boy unfairly, pocketing most of what he earns and belittling him for failing to steal enough. As Yun finally stands up to him, Wang attempts to intimidate the boy into submission. He is interrupted by the timely arrival of the Shifu, who breezily overwhelms him with his practiced moves. Upon realizing the old man's identity, Wang cowardly begs for forgiveness and flees.

Wang next appears terrorizing Yunfa Market after the Shifu finishes training his disciples, taking advantage of the people and extorting them for food, drink, and women. As the Shifu is again sent to stop him, Wang boasts to him of his recent training in the Indomitable Fist style, confident that the harsh regimen he endured would overcome the Shifu. Defeated again, however, he vows that his master Ou Di Wan Lee will take revenge on the Earthen Heart school, before fleeing once more.

In the remake, Wang makes an extra appearance in the true ending. He is seen inside the Earthen Heart dojo, sheepishly waiting as the new master trains their students.
