Sanctuary is a move that is learned by Uranus at level 8.
Description
Uranus casts fifteen shining triangles that surround him in a circle. Then, the triangles dissolve into stars to damage the target area.
In Battle
It is a high damage medium range technique. It can inflict a variety of status effects.
