Goemon is an enemy from the Secret Orders scenario. He is based on Ishikawa Goemon and is found on the castle's jail waiting to be rescued right next to Ryoma's cell.
Rescuing Goemon
In order to access his cell, you need a Basement Key, which can be gotten from the first Storehouse or from the Elite Samurai that guards the prison. If you decide to free Goemon, he will leave quickly and replenish most chests that you have already opened. The replenished chests have "Goemon was here!" written in them.
