The Enma Clan are a group from The Infiltrator chapter.
Background
Before The Infiltrator
The Clan's master had sent Hayate in order to rescue Sakamoto Ryoma from Ode Castle as all the other shinobi that he had sent failed the mission. However, Hayate still failed to accomplish the task as it was too difficult for him. Rescuing the prisoner and defeating Ode Iou and his followers is an important task for the clan, as it will ensure a bright future for Japan.
During The Infiltrator
They send Oboromaru to finish the mission instead as Hayate says Oboromaru has a lot of potential. If Oboromaru choses to abandon his mission, they begin to hunt him down by sending Enma Trackers and eventually Hayate to kill him.
