Akira attacks the target with his arms.
In Battle
It is one of his five starting techniques, the others being Low Kick, Mother Image, Sleet Image and Self Heal. It is a low damage short range technique. It's damage is based on Akira's Power Stat. In most situations, it would be better to use Low Kick instead.
