Animation
Akira channels for a while and releases four gray images of himself that rotate around him. The images then transform into sleet cutters and spread out.
In Battle
Sleet Image is one of Akira's five starting techniques, the others being Low Kick, Elbow, Mother Image and Self Heal. It is a low damage long range technique that uses Akira's IQ Stat. It does more damage than Mother Image.
