Winter's Chill (Chill Wind) is a move that is learned by Oboromaru at Level 9.
Description
Wield shinobi water arts to bombard an enemy with freezing shards.
Animation
Original: Oboromaru sends a spinning circle of snowflakes to attack the enemy.
Remake: Oboromaru sends a blast of ice and snow at the enemy.
In Battle
It is a high damage long range technique. Its damage is based on Oboromaru's IQ Stat. While it is strong, Wind Slash could be considered a direct upgrade, since it does more damage and has no charge time. It´s usefulness relies on the fact that it can Numb the target and reduce it´s Speed Stat.
