Animation
Akira channels for a while and then releases four white images of himself that spin to his front and back. The images then transform into ghastly skulls and spread out.
In Battle
It is a high damage long range technique. It's damage is based on Akira's IQ Stat. Aside from doing a decent amount of damage, its debuffs prove to be useful along with is medium charge time make it valuable along all stages of the game.
