One well-placed shot to make an enemy rue the day he crossed you.
Animation
Mad Dog aims his gun at the target and shoots one bullet, then he spins his gun.
In Battle
It is a high damage long range technique. It's damage is based on Mad Dog's Speed Stat. It can lower the target's level.
