Sacred Dragon's Temper (HuaLongTianShengZhi) is a move that is learned by Lei Kugo at level 12.
Animation
SNES: Lei spins in place and then unleashes fire on every target in the battlefield.
Remake: Lei spins and forms a holy circle, summoning dragons that ravage every target on the field, ending with one giant dragon in the center.
In Battle
It is a high damage screen nuke. Its damage is based on the user´s IQ Stat.
