Prismatic Whirl is a move that is learned by Oersted at Level 2.
Description
Oersted uses his sword and slashes downwards and then horizontally, releasing shining flares in a cross pattern.
In Battle
It is a medium damage short range technique. It is a rather strong move useful for dealing with groups of enemies at a close range.
It is also a counter skill.
