Phantom Butterflies (Strength of Ninja) is a move that is learned by Oboromaru at Level 7.
Description
Wield shinobi wind arts to conjure a host of poisonous butterflies to lull enemies to sleep.
In Battle
It is a very low damage medium range technique. It's damage is based on Oboromaru's IQ Stat. The attack has a quick charge time, does good damage, can hurt multiple enemies, and works well at clearing enemies, making it good until Death Blossom is gained later in The Infiltrator or the Final Chapter.
