Cold Day in Hell is a move that is learned by Akira Tadokoro at Level 11.
Description
Harness ice cold rage to create massive ice spikes to freeze enemies.
Animation
Akira channels for a while and then releases four white images of himself that spin to his front and back. The images then transform into ice spikes.
In Battle
It is a high damage long range technique. Its damage is based on Akira's Special Attack. It is useful to slow down and stop targets at long range.
