Blue Gale (ブルーゲイル) is a move that is learned by Streibough at Level 3.
Description
Animation
Streibough casts a lightning bolt at the target. The lightning bolt then transforms into lightning columns that surround the target.
In Battle
It is a medium damage medium range technique. Its damage is based on the IQ Stat. Its high probability of inflicting the Numb status makes it very strong against mobile enemies.
