Celestial Palm, referred to its transliteral name Tsuda in the fan translation, is a move that is learned by Masaru Takahara at Level 14 or from Moribe Seishi.
Description
Strike an enemy's pressure points and weaken them in all respects.
In Battle
It is a medium damage low range technique. Its damage is based on Masaru's Power Stat. It is one of Masaru's strongest techniques since it can lower the target´s stats while dealing a decent amount of damage.
