Dustveil (Sand Arts) is a move that is learned by Oboromaru at Level 8.
Description
Wield shinobi earth arts to conjure swirling vortexes to bind and weaken enemies.
Animation
Oboromaru releases sand tornadoes around him in a medium sized area.
In Battle
It is a medium damage medium range technique. Its damage is based on Oboromaru's IQ Stat. It has a quick charge time, and does a great amount of damage toward enemies within its range, making it useful in The Infiltrator and a little use in the Final Chapter. It acts as a successor to Firefall, with the same range as it, but causes more damage.
