Moonrise is a move that is learned by Oersted at Level 6.

Animation
Oersted slashes downwards and spins with his sword casting an hypnosis circle around the target.
In Battle
It is a low damage short range technique. While it can send foes to sleep, many later enemies are immune to this status effect.
