Ride the Lightning (Lightning Shot) is a move that is pre-learned by Mad Dog.
Description
Make an enemy freeze in his tracks with a custom-made bullet.
Animation
Mad Dog aims his gun at the target and shoots an electric bullet.
In Battle
It is a low damage long range technique. It's damage is based on Mad Dog's Speed Stat. It is one of Mad Dog's strongest attacks to a single target, it is recommended to use instead of Single Shot.
